We researched designers and illustrators from many Brussels’ quartiers, asking them to illustrate their commune or neighbourhood from their own perspective and most importantly in their own style. In combination with taglines like ‘Find me in the Forest’, ‘Molenbeequoi’ or ‘I only wear XL’, the Shirts in Brussels brand was born.

Shirts in Brussels produces high-quality shirts with silk printed illustrations, which only locals are proud to wear. One could call it ‘micro chauvinism’, others ‘the perfect anti touristy gift’. To date, we sold more than 2.000 shirts, prints and hoodies. Shirts in Brussels was also featured in multiple online news outlets such as Le Vif Weekend or HLN.
