Embuild, the Belgian construction federation, brings the sector closer to the public each year with Open Wervendag. For the fourth year in a row, we were asked to design and execute the national campaign in Dutch, French and German. The goal: invite people to visit real construction sites and show the true value of the industry.
Too often, construction is seen only as noise, disruption and inconvenience. Our campaign flips that perception, focusing on transformation, connection and long-term impact. With a narrative centred on future-proof building, we highlight how construction doesn’t exist to hinder, but to connect, protect and improve.
The campaign rolled out across out-of-home, radio, VRT MAX, news site takeovers, digital channels and postering. The impact was massive: 65.000 physical visitors, 250.000 unique online visitors, 650.000 YouTube views and 187.000 website clicks on banners, social videos and Google Ads.
