Recruiting 100 new buddies.

Home-Start Vlaanderen, which supports families with young children by matching them with trained volunteers, needed more people to become family buddies and we set out to attract 100 new ones. Across six weeks we launched a multi-channel campaign: three video and photo shoots with real families, a Meta campaign, YouTube ads, Google bannering, plus flyers and posters on the ground.

With warm, authentic storytelling and clear calls-to-action, we reached more than 187,000 people on Meta and 1.7 million on YouTube, generating over 50,000 clicks at a cost-efficient rate. Engagement was strong, with top-performing creatives achieving CTRs above 5%.

The result? A wave of new interest in volunteering, stronger visibility for Home-Start and a proven digital strategy to inspire even more buddies in the future.
